Frankly speaking, I know very little about Yu Sin and Antony. They are based in England and we exchanged some emails. I only got to meet Yu Sin and her mum during our sole meeting when she came back to Singapore for a brief holiday. From our conversation, I could tell she is a very cultured lady, gentle, soft-spoken but quietly confident. I guess what swayed them was the fact that I shot Yu Sin's cousin's wedding a couple of years ago. For some strange reasons, a stranger-photographer was allowed to enter a very private realm of the couple's lives, to observe and to document, and I always find that both amazing and humbling at the same time. Paradoxically, it turns out that it is always easier to be the fly on the wall when I am a total stranger. I talked a bit about this on
